Terms of Agreement

  1. Prices are subject to change due to increased cost of foods. Quoted prices cannot be guaranteed until 60 days prior to the time the function takes place.
  2. A deposit of $2.00 per guest is required to hold a date. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if reserve date is rebooked.
  3. Please notify us at least ten days before your scheduled function with the exact number of guests. This confirmation number is the minimum you will be charged for.
  4. A 16% gratuity and 8.75% sales tax will be added to your bill.
  5. Liquor, beer and wine, by law, cannot be brought in or taken out of the restaurant.
  6. Payment shall be made in full the day of the function. Cash, good check, or credit card acceptable (3% transaction fee will be charged for credit card payments).
